From My Desk : Exciting New Development
Merry Meet Sisters and Friends,
For those of you who were unable to join us we had a wonderful Journey in the Garden with Glenys Livingstone last Saturday. Glenys is the author of PaGaian Cosmology Re-inventing Earth-based Goddess Religion which is based on her doctoral thesis. The day was absolutely inspiring with a detailed explanation of the Wheel of the Year as Glenys celebrates it and then an opportunity for us all to participate in what was an engaging and moving ritual.
Thank-you Glenys and all who joined us for the day.

Poorneet Tadpole Season/Spring Equinox
September 21
Come and celebrate the return of the sun at this wonderful time of the year as the day and night become equal, the weather becomes warmer and we welcome spring rain. Gaia’s Garden has put on her best dress for this occasion. We will meet at 6:30 pm for a ritual and then share a meal together. (Please bring some food to share)
Do you like Children? Call for Interest!
Having just returned from the Goddess Conference in Glastonbury we were impressed by the children who attended and feel moved to offer a program here at Gaia’s Garden for children to learn about the Goddess and the Sabbats.
We would like to form a small group to help us run these seasonal festivals for children, both girls and boys aged 6-12 years. It would involve a commitment of meeting, planning and then running eight half day programs connected to the Wheel of the Year.

New Study Circle
We have had some expressions of interest in establishing another Sacred Study Circle. The current Study Circle has been meeting for three years and has provided a great opportunity for us to explore our relationship to the Divine Feminine. Each month we spend a day together learning and practicing ritual, teaching each other about the various aspects of the Goddess as She appears across the world, dancing and singing and sharing our experiences. This Study Circle will be co-facilitated by Avril Webb and Tricia Szirom.
