April 9th-11th‘Goddess Gathering’
What is the role of Goddess women/movement in bringing
about positive change in the world? This gathering is designed to bring women together from around Australia to discuss a series of questions including:

1. •Who is the Goddess? What do we mean when we talk about Her?      Is it Goddess or the Goddess?
2. •What difference do we want to make in the world and how can/do we do that?
3. •How do we represent ourselves to others?
4. •How do we relate to pagans, witches, wicca, women in traditional church settings?
5. •What are our connections with ecology and environmental movement(s)?

June 26th Journey in the Garden: Dark Face of Aphrodite with Jane Merideth

The beautiful love Goddess of Ancient Greece has a dark face we are all familiar with… what do we do when we are staring into the mirror at our own limitations in the realms of love, intimacy and sexuality? These can arise through protectiveness, a broken heart, lack of self-love, fear, a history of abuse or incest… On this Journey we will take some steps towards acknowledging the darker face of Aphrodite and offering ourselves again into the dance with her, of celebrating our own love and sexuality.

Please bring an offering for Aphrodite (for example, a shell, candle or special stone…)

Jane Meredith is a Priestess of the Goddess. She lives in Northern NSW and in 2010 will be a presenter at the Glastonbury Goddess Conference in England and a teacher at British Columbia WitchCamp, Canada. Her book, Aphrodite’s Magic: Celebrate and Heal Your Sexuality will be published in April. Jane has taught Goddess and mythology and Tarot workshops for many years, amongst other things, has an interest in magical systems and passions that include dark chocolate, cats and trees.
